AST and ICHD hold a round table on cost effectiveness of possible reforms of water subsidization model
04.10.2011 16:15AST held an off-the-record round table at International Center for Human Development (ICHD) today to discuss policy options aimed at revising the non pro-poor drinking water subsidization model that is employed in Armenia. The participants of the round table were from relevant government bodies and NGO sector.
The discussion was based on two interrelated analytical efforts performed by AST in frames of Improving Public Expenditure Accountability in Armenia project: benefit incidence analysis conducted in 2009 and cost effectiveness analysis of possible policy options conducted in 2010.
